IT Training
IT training for mentally disabled citizens
In November 2003, the Vodafone Portugal Foundation signed an agreement with CERCI, a social charity in Lisbon established to promote the education and rehabilitation in society of mentally disabled citizens. To support the objective of providing basic training in information technologies to people with special needs, the Foundation donated 20,000 euros to help train 25 members of CERCI and also supplied 12 computers.
