These include services such as Vodafone 360, an Internet service for mobile phones and PCs that brings together customers’ telephone, e-mail, chat service and social network contacts in one place, and Vodafone Casa, characterised by ease of installation, simplicity of use and competitive prices, as part of Vodafone’s move into new business areas in the telecommunications market, in this case fixed communications – telephone, Internet and television. 

We should also mention our leadership in the introduction of new broadband services and Internet access tariffs, which include the Vodafone Hot Spot (a 3G/HSPA router for sharing a broadband connection), Vita Net Light (prepaid mobile broadband) and, for more occasional Internet usage, Mobile Broadband via Phone, a solution that facilitates and simplifies PC Internet access via a mobile phone and a voice SIM card.

Other services include Multibanco ATM services on mobile phones, Vodafone web phone, Vodafone Toolbar, My Portal and Vodafone Messenger, resulting from Vodafone’s strong investment in mobile-PC convergence, which enable our customers to use the services they are accustomed to, irrespective of how they access them and with a simple and transparent user experience.
