Vodafone Mentoring Program

Vodafone Mentoring Program provides startups with valuable, hands-on expertise and support from Vodafone mentors in solving real business and technology challenges. Join forces with great minds and take your business forward!

Get in the Ring

Vodafone Power Lab hosts a major annual competition to find innovative technology solutions to today's challenges. Startups can compete to win monetary prizes and advance into the worldwide finals of the Get in the Ring competition.

Vodafone Mentoring Program

Vodafone Mentoring Program is a three-month program that helps startups to overcome obstacles on their growth path and take their businesses to the next level. Startups have the chance to work with dedicated Vodafone Mentors on solutions to their most pressing challenges, getting valuable, hands-on expertise and support.

This edition consists of two cohorts - Fall and Spring. Each cohort will match 10 Startups with 10 Vodafone Mentors who will work closely over 12 weeks.

Additionally, Startups will have access to extra mentoring sessions with Program Advisors, who support them with additional help when needed.

The program is for technology startups experiencing organizational, business, or technology-related challenges and that are looking for guidance and know-how to solve them.

We're open to startups from all business areas, especially ones developing solutions in line with Vodafone's business focus.

Startups applying to the program should specify their challenges in the following mentoring areas:

SPRING COHORT

APPLICATIONS December 4th 2023 – January 31st 2024
It all starts with your online application. We will assess your fit with the program according to specific criteria.

SELECTION & MATCHING February 2024
15 best startups will be invited to a pitch session with Program Mentors to select the TOP 10 for the cohort.

KICK-OFF March 6th 2024
An online event to introduce Startups to their Mentors, and kick off the mentoring phase.

MENTORING PHASE March 2024 - May 2024
12 weeks of regular mentoring sessions between Startups and Mentors with optional extra sessions with Advisors and special moments of training and inspiration.

STARTUP SHOWCASE June 2024, tbc.
The TOP 20 Startups, 10 from each cohort, will have the opportunity to pitch in front of a broader audience during the Startup Showcase, which will also close the Mentoring Program. The event will focus on gathering a broader Vodafone Power Lab ecosystem and fostering networking between participants.
