Telecel spread its roaming covered area in Romania, a country where its Customers will be allowed to use Mobifon network from December 22 on. Previously to this, they could already use the other Romanian network, Mobilrom.

Telecel’s roaming service is offered in 48 countries and territories in the networks of 81 operators.
