Telecel – New service for Vitamina T
The owners of “Vitamina T” mobile phones have a new service where they can get information on the latest day when they can charge their cards through the telephone.
The name of the service is “VitaConsulta-1799”, an automatic answering system, free of charge and accessible through the number 1799 of the Telecel network, directly from the Customer’s cellular phone. This number can only be reached through the Customer of “Vitamina T” and it does not take calls from other phones or networks.
Although there is nowadays a warning written message (SMS) which is sent to the Customer a week before the latest day to have the phone charged, with the use of 1799 (available 24 hours per day) the service offered to the Customer is reinforced and it reduces the risks of negligent entries during the suspension period.
