Telecel Announces Introduction of Tariff Plans with No Monthly Fee
On 01 June 1998, Telecel will launch new pricing plans, flexible to different usage levels, and with no associated monthly fee. Telecel will introduce two “Pack Plans” “Pack Total” and “Pack Privado” which will target moderate users or whose usage is mainly during off peak time. Customers who subscribe any of these pricing plans will have access to all Telecel services, including roaming, and will also have different possibilities of service payment, such as by check, multibanco, or bank transfer.
The minutes included in the “Pack Total” pricing plans (Total 30, Total 60, or Total 120) can be used either on peak or off peak minutes, whereas the minutes included in “Pack Privado” pricing plans (Privado 120, Privado 240, or Privado 480) can only be used during the off peak time (from 13:00 to 14:00, or 21:00 to 8:00 during business days, and from 0:00 to 24:00 on holidays or weekends).
