Telecel has entered into a new roaming agreement with the operator Birla, which will extend its international coverage into India, in particular Goa and Maharashtra. It has signed new agreements with Mobtel and Promonte and now has coverage in both the Serbia and Montenegro republics respectively, and with the PTT operator which covers Bosnia Herzegovina.

Telecel has also signed an agreement with the operator Tango, which is based in Liechtenstein to extend its coverage to this principality.

Telecel’s international coverage now extends to 84 countries and regions which gives its customers access to the network services of 164 international operators.
