Vodafone Moments gives away cherries from Fundão producers

Vodafone Portugal is returning to the streets today with its 'Vodafone Moments' initiative, this time giving away Fundão cherries in various locations in Lisbon, Braga, Guimarães, Porto, Aveiro, Coimbra, Leiria and Santarém.

As well as distributing in the streets of these cities, Vodafone will also be giving away  cherries in Vodafone shops throughout Portugal.

Fundão cherries, famous for their high quality, are one of the iconic products of Portugal and have been bought by Vodafone from Portuguese producers in Fundão municipality. A total of 22 tons of cherries will be given away during the period of the initiative.

Lisbon is the first place on the list, starting today. The initiative visits Braga and Guimarães on 11 June and then moves on to Porto, where it will be giving away cherries on 12-14 June. It reaches Aveiro and Coimbra on 17 June. The initiative ends in Leiria and Santarém on 18 June.

In numerous previous initiatives aimed at creating special, unique moments for passers-by, Vodafone has given away roasted chestnuts, tea, coffee and hot chocolate, popcorn, ‘bolas de neve’ sweets, fruit lollipops, bottled water, ice creams, sprays, and inflatable armchairs and cushions.
