Vodafone recognised as leader in customer satisfaction

Vodafone has achieved the distinction of winning all five categories of the “Communications” section for which it was nominated in the National Customer Satisfaction Index, as measured by the European Consumer Satisfaction Index (ECSI).

Satisfaction surveys show that Vodafone customers are the most satisfied in relation to the fixed network, mobile network, fixed internet, mobile internet and television service.

This distinction is recognition yet again of a promise that Vodafone has always made: to give its customers the best fixed and mobile service in Portugal and to ensure their maximum satisfaction. It is also a reflection of the company’s positioning as a global communications operator with a convergent offer resulting from its investment in the modernisation and expansion of its structures and in next-generation networks.

Vodafone has been regularly recognised by benchmarking companies in the telecommunications sector. This year Vodafone’s mobile internet, as measured by the QualRede application, was recognised by DECO Proteste as “Best in Test” and by P3 Communications as the best Portuguese telecommunications operator in terms of quality of voice and mobile data.

The National Customer Satisfaction Index is a system for measuring the quality of goods and services available on the domestic market using customer satisfaction surveys. The surveys are performed jointly by the Portuguese Quality Institute, the Portuguese Association for Quality and the Higher Institute of Statistics and Information Management of Universidade NOVA de Lisboa.
