Vodafone started to restore the basic mobile data services over its 4G network after an intense and demanding operation. This restart is currently restricted to specific areas of the country and will be gradually expanded to as many customers as possible. The service is also under some limitations, namely the maximum speed allowed, to ensure a better monitoring of network usage, as well as a more equitable and sustainable distribution of the capacity made available to our customers.

This is another step of the complex journey that we have been experiencing. This effort has been rewarded by the many expressions of support and understanding that Vodafone has been receiving.

We will continue to update our customers on the evolution of the restoring of the services whenever justified.
