Our Customers have been since the beginning in the centre of everything we do. At Vodafone we aim to deliver the highest quality and added value services, responding to our Customers’ total communications needs and helping them to take full advantage of life opportunities.
Our Customers benefit from a complete Vodafone experience in Portugal and abroad. Our offer ranges from the most basic mobile services to innovative mobile-PC-Internet convergent services, as well as alternatives to fixed-line communications – telephone, Internet and television.
Our fixed 'triple play' service – Voice, Internet and Television - based on our own optical fibre network reaches now around 450,000 homes in Greater Lisbon and Greater Porto. Our TV Net Voz service provides Broadband Internet access up to 360 Mbps (the fastest in the market) and an advanced digital TV service with 130 channels (including 18 HD channels and 1 3D channel).
In terms of Customer Care, we were the first company in Portugal to offer a permanent call centre service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, which has enabled us to maintain a close relationship with our customers.
We provide specialised Customer Care services to match both the customer segment (residential, business or youth) and the type of service that we provide (mobile, Internet, fixed and television).
To respond to our Customers’ changing needs and preferences, in addition to the usual telephone call centre service, we also offer Customer Care services via videocall, SMS, online and on mobile phones via the Mobile Care service.
