Telecel launches WAP Service Customisation
Telecel now offers the option of personalising the WAP (Wireless Application Protocol) Service, allowing customers to choose the content that is of most interest to them and to set up a WAP portal matching their preferences.
Customers can customise the Telecel WAP Service by going to the Internet site http://wap.telecel.pt. The site also enables customers to create their own WAP web page and a links directory in WML (Wireless Markup Language) to facilitate WAP surfing.
