Lisbon, 22 de November de 2002 – Vodafone Telecel today sent to OniWay a proposal to acquire their share capital and some of the assets held by OniWay. This proposal is valid for five days from today and is subject to subsequent agreement between the parts regarding the necessary contracts and to the authorisation of Vodafone Telecel’s General Council.
