Vodafone gives away roasted chestnuts in Lisbon and Porto streets

Vodafone returns to the streets of Lisbon today to give away roasted chestnuts in the latest Vodafone Moments initiative. On 12 November the initiative arrives in Porto.

In Lisbon, chestnuts can be enjoyed between today and 8 November in Alvalade, Amoreiras, Praça Marques de Pombal, Chiado, Campo Pequeno and Praça Duque de Saldanha.

In Porto, roasted chestnuts will be given away in Avenida da Boavista on 12 November (in front of the Vodafone Building) and until 15 November in front of the Vodafone shop in Rotunda da Boavista, and at Casa da Música Metro Station, Hospital de S. João, the Citizens’ Shop and Rotunda da Circunvalação.

The gift of roast chestnuts in all these places will take place between 12 am and 7 pm.

A pioneer in this type of initiative, over the years Vodafone has organised special and unique moments for passers-by, having previously given away at different seasons of the year tea, coffee and hot chocolate, popcorn, ‘bolas de neve’ sweets, fruit lollipops, bottled water, ice creams, inflatable armchairs and cushions, sprays, mobile phone pouches, beach bags and Fundão cherries.
