Vodafone organizes, on May 8, at Alfândega do Porto, an international conference dedicated to Artificial Intelligence (AI), technology that is seen by all the scientific community as the biggest technological disruption of the 21st century.
Counting with very relevant national and international names, Vodafone Business Conference – On our way to the future will host a discussion on the impact of AI in the future development of society, approaching topics such as ethics, the new human-machine dynamics, the impact of AI on jobs and how AI will shape companies’ structures.
Always at the forefront of innovation, and being AI a trend that is growingly present in people and enterprises’ lives, Vodafone sets the agenda for technology by openly discussing the challenges and opportunities that this technology brings.
Some of the names that will be at Vodafone Business Conference’s stage are Ayesha Khanna, CEO of the incubator ADDO AI in Singapore and author of “Hybrid Reality”, and Kriti Sharma, specialist in AI, 2017 Forbes’ 30 Under 30 and is a Young Leader of the United Nations for the Sustainable Development Goals. The event is organized with Global Media Group and the media agency Wavemaker.
Dr. Ana Paiva, Professor at Instituto Superior Técnico Universidade de Lisboa and GAIPS’ leader at INESC-ID [Research and Development] and Elvira González Sevilla, Global Head of Insights, Commercial and Experience, from Vodafone Group, who will speak about the Trends Barometer, will also be present at the event.
