Telecel will hold a General Assembly of Shareholders on Tuesday, 15 December 1998, in Lisbon, Portugal, at 10:00 a.m., at the Telecel building, in its auditorium.

The agenda is the following:

1.Election of a new member to the General Council;
2.Election of the General Council members and the chairmanship of the General Shareholders’ Meeting for the three years ending 2001;
3.Establishment of the General Council members and the chairmanship of the General Shareholders’ Meeting remuneration.
