Vodafone Moments gives away cherries from Fundão producers

Starting today, Vodafone Portugal is returning to the streets with its ‘Vodafone Moments’ initiative, this time giving away Fundão cherries in various locations in Aveiro, Braga, Coimbra, Faro, Lisbon, Porto and Setúbal.

As well as distributing in the streets of these cities, Vodafone will also be giving away cherries in 55 Vodafone shops throughout Portugal.

Fundão cherries, famous for their high quality, are one of the iconic products of Portugal and have been bought by Vodafone from Portuguese producers in Fundão municipality. A total of 22,000 kg of cherries will be given away during the period of the initiative.

The city of Braga will be the first to be visited, today 28 May. The initiative will then go on to Porto, where it will be from 29 May to 1 June, switching to Aveiro on 2 June. It reaches Coimbra on 3 June, and will then move south. Between 4 and 8 June it is Lisbon’s turn and on 11 June the cherries will be distributed in Faro. The initiative will end in Setúbal on 12 June.
