Starting next Tuesday 16 August, Vodafone begins pre-sales of the highly anticipated Samsung Galaxy Note 7. The smartphone will be available for €849.90 on the Vodafone website from that date, giving customers the opportunity to obtain it even before it arrives in the shops.

With an elegant and sophisticated design, composed of premium materials and with a curved dual screen, the new top of the range Samsung follows the revolutionary design of earlier Galaxies and is also dust and water resistant to a depth of 1.5 meters for up to 30 minutes.

The big improvement over previous Galaxies is the S Pen, also water resistant and with a user experience that is closer a real pen due to its thinner, ultra sensitive tip.

Another new feature of the Galaxy Note 7 is the iris scanner.  In the same way as a fingerprint, this biometric reader unlocks the screen, increasing the smartphone’s security.

With a 64GB memory – which can be increased up to 256GB with a microSD card – the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 also doubles as a next-generation entertainment device capable of processing more realistic HDR (Large Dynamic Range) videos and games with the Vulkan API interface, and with even better graphics.

As well as all this, the smartphone takes high quality photographs in different scenarios and low light situations. The Dual Pixel sensor works with a lens with an F1.7 aperture and 1.4μm pixels to capture images in much the same way as they reach your eyes.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 7 arrives in Vodafone’s physical shops from 9 September.
