Vodafone launches new Android applications and games store
Lisbon, 14 December 2011 Vodafone Portugal has launched a new Android applications and games store AppSelect.
This new apps shop combines certification of apps by Vodafone and a simple and efficient user experience. Vodafone AppSelect is committed to the quality and security of applications and guarantees that every app or game offered passes a demanding testing process which certifies the quality of the application at various levels, including functionality, security and privacy of customer data.
Available to users of Android smartphones, AppSelect includes local and global content from some of the worlds biggest content producers. TripAdvisor, Twitter, Eurosport, IMDB, Pulse, Mais Futebol, Electronic Arts, Gameloft, Estradas de Portugal and Cardmobili are just some of the brands present at Vodafone AppSelect.
AppSelect also includes apps developed by Vodafone Portugal for Android, such as Vodafone All Posts, Vodafone FM, Customer Care, Vodafone Radar and Vodafone Mobile TV.
