Telecel in Malaysia
As of May 21st, Telecel Customers can use Binariang (service name “Maxis”) network, for roaming in Malaysia.
With this new agreement, Telecel international coverage now includes networks from 112 telecommunications operators from 63 countries in Europe, Middle East, Africa, India, Asia, Oceania and North America.
