Central Models 2002 Yearbook to be sponsored by Vodafone

Lisbon, 17 December 2001 – Vodafone is to sponsor the Central Models 2002 Yearbook. It will be published in a limited edition of 2002 copies, commemorating the 12th anniversary of the founding of the Portuguese modelling agency.

Through its sponsorship, Vodafone aims to help promote Portuguese fashion and, through this particular initiative, is associating itself with those who are reinventing the art of communication in their work. An example of this is Gonçalo de Almeida who, under the theme “Clone Age”, has created a range of pictures inspired by the virtual world, peopled with comic-strip characters, mythological figures and heroes of the past and future.
