Lisbon, 22 November 2011 – Vodafone Portugal today increased the range of solutions and applications in Vodafone One Net – the innovative communications solution for businesses which integrates all fixed voice, mobile voice and fixed Internet services.

This custom-designed solution for companies offers advanced call management, avoiding the costs associated with the purchase and maintenance of telephone exchanges. In fact, there is no initial investment or maintenance and service support costs, only a single monthly charge which includes all calls between the company’s mobile and fixed phones, free calls from the office to the fixed network and specialist assistance by a Vodafone support team.

From today, with the launch of the Vodafone One Net Express Vodafone now offers fixed voice services within the One Net solution throughout Portugal via both fixed access and mobile technology (GSM). Regardless of their location or size, businesses can therefore take advantage of the Vodafone One Net service fully tailored to their needs.

Also in terms of the tailoring of Vodafone One Net to customers’ needs, in addition to line configuration and Vodafone One Net customer care (16,915), Vodafone offers an innovative mobile application fully integrated in the product which, via a customised interface, enables customers at any time to manage and configure the features of their service wherever they happen to be.
