Lisbon, 6 July 2011 – The new website of Vodafone FM radio, www.vodafone.fm, has been voted Website of the Day by Awwwards (www.awwwards.com), an international creative community that publicises the talents of developers, designers and web agencies around the world.

The award was made on 26 June 2011 by an international jury of designers, bloggers and digital agencies, based on design, creativity, usability and content criteria.

This new version of the Vodafone FM website, online since the end of May, has a Rewind tool that allows listeners to listen to tracks that were broadcast at a certain time and has made voting on playlist themes simpler and more effective by enabling listeners to vote directly in the player (by clicking the ‘Like/Dislike’ button) as they listen to the music.

The site now also makes podcasts of all auteur programmes available to listeners directly in the player, together with a calendar with the main musical events taking place in Portugal.
