Vodafone becomes shareholder in SPORT TV
Vodafone Portugal closed an agreement with NOS (SGPS) and with Olivedesportos by means of which it has become a shareholder of SPORT TV Portugal.
The entry of Vodafone Portugal into the capital of SPORT TV reinforces its importance as the main vehicle for transmission of sport content in Portugal.
As a result of the recent agreement SPORT TV will have a new shareholding structure, with Vodafone, NOS and Olivedesportos as equal shareholders, all committed to strengthening the business of SPORT TV and working for its customers.
