Vodafone launches unprecedented “30 Days, 30 Mercedes” promotion

Lisbon, 3 March 2008 – Vodafone has launched a further round of an unparalleled promotion in Portugal. Under the slogan “30 Days, 30 Mercedes”, Vodafone is offering a bonus of 5 euros with every top-up of 15 euros or more, and the chance for customers who top up their mobile phones with this amount to win a Mercedes car each day.

Vodafone prepaid personal customers who participate in this campaign by making a top-up of 15 euros or more between 1 and 30 March will all receive a bonus of 5 euros on their balance i.e. a bonus of over 30% on the minimum top-up eligible for this promotion. At the same time, they will be automatically entered for a daily draw for a Mercedes-Benz Class B 150. Altogether, 30 cars will be raffled as prizes during the 30 days, one for each day of the promotion. The more times customers top up their phones during this period, the more chances they have of winning a car and the more bonuses they will collect.

In addition, Vodafone will be raffling one more Mercedes-Benz Class B 150 among its postpaid residential customers, using their March invoice number as the draw number.

With this campaign, Vodafone is once again offering exclusive promotions to its customers, this time combining valuable prizes with attractive terms for using its services.

This promotion will be widely publicised on television and radio and in the press, as well as other media.
