Lisbon, 18 May 2011 Vodafone Portugal has expanded its mobile advertising services with the launch of Vodafone Promo4U. This new service enables subscribing customers to receive the best discounts, offers and campaigns by their favourite brands free of charge on their mobile phones or by e-mail.
Vodafone Promo4U also enables advertising agencies and advertisers to create segmented campaigns for their products and services addressed to the right audience, thereby enabling greater efficiency and optimisation of the costs of their campaigns.
Customers can subscribe to the service at www.vodafone.pt/main/Particulares/Servicos/promo4u or via Vodafone’s mobile portal, where they can select the areas that interest them most and the number of messages they wish to receive per week on the selected themes.
The list of partners, which is constantly changing, already includes brands such as travel agents Abreu, car dealers C. Santos, Belem Cultural Centre, the Douglas perfumery chain, Samsung, Telepizza and the Vila Galé Group.
Vodafone is one of the main drivers behind the growth of mobile advertising in Portugal and with the launch of this service is now offering its customers the opportunity to benefit from exclusive promotions when purchasing the products and services of other famous brands.
